※ Seoul City Tour (09:00-18:00)

Today’s schedule is a tour of Seoul’s famous tourist attractions. The itinerary is as follows:

First, we will visit Jogyesa Temple. Jogye Order is one of the sects of Korean Buddhism. Jogyesa is a temple of the Jogye Order, built in 1395. It was previously called by various names, but became known by its current name in 1954. Located in the heart of Seoul, it is a place where you can experience Korean Buddhism.

Second, we will visit Gyeongbokgung Palace. Gyeongbokgung was established in 1395 but was completely destroyed by fire during the Japanese invasion in 1592 and was rebuilt in 1868. The name "Gyeongbok" means a wish for the king, his descendants, and all people to enjoy great blessings. Surrounded by Inwangsan Mountain, it is a beautiful and ideal location.

Third, we will visit the National Folk Museum. At the National Folk Museum, you can explore the lifestyle of the Korean people as well as those from around the world. The museum building is modeled after traditional Korean architecture, making it very unique. Visit this place to experience the past lifestyles of Koreans.

Lastly, we will visit Insadong. Insadong is a famous street that dates back to the Joseon Dynasty. The current Insadong street was remodeled into a stone-paved road in 2000. It is well connected to Seoul’s major downtown areas and is close to popular tourist sites like Cheonggyecheon Stream and Gyeongbokgung Palace. Insadong is a popular destination for tourists, offering a variety of Korean antiques, charming cafes, and traditional restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine.

For those who have time, we will finish the tour with a stop at the duty-free shops for shopping before dispersing.

Lunch will be provided in the form of a traditional Korean meal.

Thank you.
